Ganso Kirindo offers a variety of handmade sweets including the juicy unshumikan yokan or the Munezumi-mochi, made with domestic bracken root starch. Thirty oranges from the Yoshida region are used for one glass of the organic unshumikan jam. It is certified as an “Uwajima Recommended Product”. ※Unshumikan is a popular citrus fruit grown in Ehime prefecture.
